How do you package your items?

We have very few items break in transit and we are so proud of that! Fragile items are wrapped in at least 3 layers of bubble wrap and honeycomb paper. Then, they are wrapped in cardboard. Additional paper and bubble wrap is used in between the items and as cushion in the box.

We reuse and recycle as many materials as possible when packing our items to reduce the impact on the planet.

After you unpack your box, we encourage you to find a friend that's moving, or a vintage reseller in your area that might be able to put the materials to good use!

What do I do if an item breaks?

Please fill out this form within 10 days of receiving your box:

We will not be able to approve your claim unless all details and photos are provided.

When will my order be shipped?

Our current packing time is about 10-14 business days. We package orders in the order that they were received and we hustle every day to get as many boxes out as possible. We are a team of only 2 people, so your patience is greatly appreciated!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $9 for the first item in your order and $2 for each additional item.

Please contact us regarding international orders as additional shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during international shipping.

Where do you find your items?

Sometimes we find items at thrift stores, flea markets, garage/yard/estate sales, and online. However, the majority of our inventory is found at antique stores. This allows us to find really special items and allows us to support other small businesses in the process!

We do not offer any consignment opportunities at this time.

How do your live sales work?

Every Wednesday at 8 pm EST on Instagram, we hold a live sale. This is when we show our new collection and clear the shelves of existing items with special deals and discounts.

To access the live, simply head to our Instagram page on Wednesday at 8 pm EST and click our logo/profile picture. You'll have instant access to the live sale.

To claim an item, type your first/last initial, item color, description, and price. For example, "AL Blue Ruffle Bowl 48". Trying leaving the $ out to make it less likely that Instagram will hide your comment.

You will be emailed an invoice for payment either after the live or the following day.
